The aim of the event was to bring together women from schools in both independent and maintained sectors to share common experiences and create useful partnerships. \u00a0I look forward to building relationships with some of the schools I met in order to share good practices for the benefit of students and staff.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aags.azharacademy.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Untitled-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-987\" alt=\"EMPOWERING WOMEN IN EDUCATION LEADERSHIP \" src=\"https:\/\/aags.azharacademy.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Untitled-1-259x300.jpg\" width=\"259\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aags.azharacademy.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Untitled-1-259x300.jpg 259w, https:\/\/aags.azharacademy.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Untitled-1.jpg 414w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I had an opportunity to meet with the Rt Hon Nicky Morgan MP (Secretary of State for Education, with additional responsibility for Women &amp; Equalities) she expressed her interest to visit us and was delighted to hear about AAGS.
